How do I pay for my purchase at HappyHomeCollective?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex or other major credit cards in addition to PayPal.

With regard to PayPal, we reserve the right to decline PayPal orders with an "Unconfirmed Address".

Is payment over the internet safe?

To protect your personal information (including credit card information), we use encryption technology whenever receiving and transferring your payment information on our Websites. Your information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and stored with an AES-256 encryption.

When you make a purchase online, either a solid key or a locked padlock icon will appear in the lower right of your browser window. This icon indicates that your transaction session is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Why have I received the Order Confirmation email, but not the Shipping Confirmation email? 

We aim to process all our orders within 24 hours of your purchase. However, due to the high volume of orders each day, processing time might take 1 to 3 days, before you receive an email notification to inform you that your order has been shipped.

How long does it take to ship after I have received the Shipping Confirmation email?

Our goal is to ship your items as quickly as possible. As a guide, shipping to the USA will take around 1 to 3 weeks, while international shipping to other locations will take around 3 to 7 weeks. 

As we constantly aim to source for the best products and offers for you, and due to the high demand that we are currently expecting, we apologize that your products are taking slightly longer to reach you. However, given the rock-bottom prices that we are offering on our site, we assure you that your purchases are definitely worth the wait. 

If you want to track your order, simply email us at, and we will be more than happy to provide you with your tracking number. 

If there are multiple items on your order, some may ship before others. We will send a Shipping Confirmation email with your order details whenever any of your items ship.

Why am I receiving my orders separately? 

At HappyHomeCollective, we strive to source for the best products at the cheapest rates. As such, if there are multiple items on your order, we might be sourcing them from different vendors to secure the best rates. As a result, some of your items may ship before others. But do not worry, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email with your order details whenever any of your items ship.  

How much does shipping costs?

You pay only what our shipping company charges - we never charge extra handling fees!

When you provide a postal code on the shopping cart checkout page, you will receive our most accurate shipping rate quote based on the items in your cart. International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping method, the number of items purchased, the weight of the item(s), and the destination country. You will be charged the actual dollar value of the shipping quote displayed during checkout.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We will accept change or cancellation of orders and provide the appropriate refund only if:

  • You inform us within 24 hours of your purchase

How do I get on or off your mailing list?

However, we appreciate and respect that not all customers may wish to benefit from the opportunity to receive first hand marketing materials. If you have changed your mind and do not want us to share marketing materials with you, please contact us at support@happyhomecollective and we will remove your name from our mailing lists. When contacting us, please clearly state your request, including your name, mailing address, email address and phone number. After we process your request, you should no longer receive our marketing materials.
